EXCHANGES

We do not allow exchanges except for an
incorrect order. If your order is incorrect (i.e., wrong product(s), missing a

Please include your order number(s), photos/videos, and your packing slip

Damaged/Missing Packages

Our team fully inspects all orders for quality and accuracy before they are
shipped out via USPS. All orders are insured up to $100.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order is
defective/damaged/missing, file a claim at USPS as soon as possible. Note: You may
file a claim within 60 days of the date your order was shipped (refer to your
shipping confirmation email and packing slip). More information at

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping is 2-5 business days.

Monday - Friday we ship all orders placed before 3 p.m. Central Time Next Day.

Please allow 1 business day to receive a confirmation email and
2 business days to receive a tracking number.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
